Hospital Visitation Ministry

"Are any among you suffering? They should pray." James 5:13

• Prayer Before Surgery: Lord Jesus, help N. as he/she prepares for this operation. In your love, guard and protect him/her. Through the skills of the doctors and the care of everyone else, bring him/her back to health and full activity. Amen.
• Prayer After Surgery: Loving Father, we give you all praise and glory for your mercy and love. We thank you for granting N. a safe recovery, and we ask you to continue to protect him/her. We ask this blessing through Christ our Lord in the love of your Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
• General Prayer for the Sick: Heavenly Father, lover of all. Have mercy on us and listen to our prayer as we ask you to help N. Bless him/her, for he/she is your beloved child. We ask this grace through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

St. Teresa’s Parish Pastoral Care Team would be pleased to visit you during your stay in hospital. If you wish to receive the sacraments or would like someone to visit you or a loved one while in hospital please contact the Parish Office.
